What is your shipping policy?
The Dermazonia by Monica Lakey Team is here to meet your needs. For all orders, domestic and international, you may experience a delay beyond the estimated shipping time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays in the United States. Order processing typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Estimated transit times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. Shipping costs are calculated according to the specifics of each order. Note: To avoid inconvenience with your order, please ensure all data is filled in correctly before finalizing your purchase.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can update your registered delivery address through your account. If you need assistance, please contact contact.dermazonia@gmail.com. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so if you have already placed your order, we cannot edit the delivery address that has been dispatched. However, please contact contact.dermazonia@gmail.com with your order number on hand, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Note: For recipient changes, shipping costs will be recalculated. To avoid inconvenience with your order, please ensure all data is filled in correctly before finalizing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
We can only accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused items. All returns must be posted within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. All returned items must be sealed and unused. To return your purchase, please send an email to contact.dermazonia@gmail.com within 7 days from the delivery of your order with your original order number and the reason for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your refund or exchange is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Note: Shipping costs involved in returns or exchanges will be charged upon recalculation. To avoid inconvenience with your order, please ensure all data is filled in correctly before finalizing your purchase.
I received the wrong product or my product arrived damaged. Can I return it?
If you have received the wrong product and/or a defective product, please email contact.dermazonia@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the product. Our team will assist you!
